    Adding and Deleting Notes

    You can add custom notes on your customer profiles.

    To add a note, select Customer List under Customers and click on the customer profile you want to add a note to. Once you have select the customer profile, click on Notes under the Customers list on the left-hand side of the screen.customer listThis will open the text box that you can type in to add the note. Once you're done adding your text, click on Add in the top right-hand corner to add the note to the profile.new noteOnce you add the note, it will show up in a list below the text box in the notes section.notesIf you want to remove a note, simply click on the Trash Can icon in the right-hand corner of the note.trash canClick on Yes to confirm you want to delete the note.confirm delete
