Funding Delays
There are a handful of instances that can lead to a delay in receiving your funds:
- Underwriting is a continuous process at Helcim, and we may have notices an unexpected change in your processing activity and are holding these batches for review. In this case, check your email (and junk/spam folder) to see if we have requested additional information. These batches will appear under the Batches In Progress section of your Bank Deposits Tool.
- If a batch is closed on the weekend or a holiday, the funding process will begin on the next business day.
- Your bank account may not be linked to your Helcim account. If that’s the case, you need to link your account so we have a place to deposit your funds. Learn how to link your bank account here.
If you do not receive your funds by the date expected, please contact our support team promptly at +1 (877) 643-5246 or help@helcim.com.
Tips to get faster deposits
We recommend taking advantage of Helcim's auto-settlement feature. Settling your batch after 20:00 MT can add an additional business day to your deposit time. Please also keep an eye out for an email from us after your first deposit settles. Respond to that email with as much information as you can provide to help us complete your review.
