    Ordering New Equipment or Viewing Equipment Orders


    Article summary

    Your Helcim account allows you to accept payments online using the virtual terminal, online invoicing, hosted payments page, or the online store. However, if you have a retail location, you may want to order equipment to enable you to accept payments in-person.

    You can order equipment from your account by clicking on Equipment under My Business, or under All Tools.Equipment icon

    If you currently have equipment associated your with account, it will be displayed here as well.

    Ordering New Equipment

    Clicking on the Equipment tool will open the Helcim Online Checkout

    Select the Helcim product (and amount) that you want to order. If ordering the Helcim Card Reader, you will be asked to select your preferred stand color. Then click Add to Order

    Select Review Order to go to your Shopping Cart.

    Once you are satisfied with the items in your cart, click on Checkout.

    Select 'Sign In' and sign in using your Helcim Account details.

    Review or enter your shipping information and select Continue

    PO Box
    Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver Card Readers to PO Box addresses. 


    Review your order, if satisfied, select Make Payment

    Enter your credit card information and select Complete Payment.

    Once completed, you will receive an invoice via email, confirming your order. Once the equipment has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information for your order.
