Upcoming Billing for Subscription Plans

Upcoming Billing Overview

You can view an overview of the upcoming billing dates for your recurring plans from within Subscription Management area of your Helcim account. To check on the status of a plan, begin by clicking on Subscription Management and Plans.
Next, select the plan you want to view the Upcoming Billing summary for.
After selecting the plan you want to view, click on Upcoming Billing from the menu on the right-hand side of your screen.

You can now view the Billing Summary or the Upcoming Billing details for the plan. Click on the titles at the top of the screen to toggle between the two different view options.

Queue Billing

If your plan was created with Automatic Recurring toggled Off so the plan was only set to run once, you will also see the option to Queue Billing in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

Selecting Queue Billing will prompt you to confirm that you want to queue a recurring cycle for this plan. Select Yes to proceed in billing the plan subscribers.

If you would like to check what your Automatic Recurring settings are, you can do so from the main Subscription Management Page.
Plans that will bill customers automatically will be highlighted in blue and plans that are non-recurring will be greyed out.
