      Please Note:
      This article outlines how to view your Prior Account History. This will only be applicable for Merchants who were migrated from our MSP platform. 


      To access your Prior Account History, first click on the 'All Tools' menu in your Helcim account dashboard.

      Next, select 'Payments'.

      From the menu on the left, click on 'ACH Batches'.

      On the left hand menu, you will now see an option for 'Prior Account History'.
