Identifying which customers have credit cards expiring soon can help prevent bounced payments and make sure your subscriptions run as planned. To find subscriptions with expiring credit cards click on Subscription Management and Plans.
Next, select the plan you want to review.Click on Subscribers.You are now able to view all of the subscribers who are assigned to this plan. Clicking on the Expiring and Expired tabs at the top of the screen will let you see which credit cards will be expiring soon, or if any have already expired. Credit cards expiring within 30 days are automatically moved to the Expiring tab.
If you notice that a subscriber was not billed automatically for their latest payment, it might be because their last payment was declined. Follow the steps in this article to correct their billing.
