You can use the Helcim Payments app on your computer, tablet, or smartphone to accept payments anywhere.
The videos and support articles linked below will help you download and set up the Helcim Payments app so you can begin accepting payments right away. The app syncs with your Helcim Card Reader for easy in-person payments.

Downloading the App
To get started, download the version of the app that matches your device and log in using the same username and password you use to login to your Helcim account.

Syncing the App with the Helcim Card Reader
If you are accepting payments in person using the Helcim Card Reader, you will need to sync the card reader with the app. Follow the instructions in these articles to sync your devices:

If you want to access any of the other sections of your Helcim account, you can do so in the app by clicking on Dashboard from the top menu bar and then clicking on your preferred section from the menu on the left-hand side of your screen.
