There are two ways to update pricing depending on your needs: Update the plan price — Editing the base price of a plan applies the new amount to all active subscribers on that plan. Update an individual subscriber's price — To charge a specific subscriber a different amount, go to Recurring > Subscriptions, open the subscriber, and set a custom amount using the Plan Amount (Custom) field. This only affects that subscriber and leaves the plan's base price unchanged. **What's the difference between pausing and canceling a subscription?** Pausing a subscription temporarily suspends it. The subscription can be resumed later. Canceling a subscription ends it permanently. **Can I reactivate a canceled subscription?** No, once a subscription is canceled, it cannot be reactivated. You would need to create a new subscription for the customer. **How do I issue a refund for a recurring payment?** Refunds for recurring payments are typically processed through the general transaction management tools in your Helcim account, not directly within the Recurring tool. To learn how to issue a refund or a void, visit this article. **Can I change the billing date for an active subscription?** Unfortunately, you can't directly change the billing date for subscriptions that are already active. If you need a different billing date, you'll have to create a new plan with the desired billing date.
