Creating a Support Ticket

You can create support tickets from within your Helcim account to ask a question or get assistance from the Helcim Support Specialists when you need it.
To create a support ticket, click on the All Tools icon and Support Tickets, or select My Business and Support Tickets.
Any existing or previous tickets you have will be listed on this page, to create a new ticket click on New Ticket in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Now, enter the details for your inquiry. Including the subject, or what you are seeking assistance with, and what additional details, along with a section to add pictures or files, should you like.
File uploads are currently limited to the following formats:
- Image/document files: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, CSV, HEIF
- Video files: MP4, HEVC, MOV
Please note, at this time we are limiting uploads to 2 attachments with a maximum size of 10 MB per ticket note.
Next, click on Submit to send your ticket to our Merchant Support Specialist team.
You will now see your inquiry listed on the main page of the Support Tickets section of your account. You can click back into a ticket to view updates and chat with the Support Team.
