Your payment processing rate is determined based on your average monthly processing for three months and is automatically adjusted as your processing volume changes to correspond with that average.
Helcim uses a three-month average so the auto-rate adjustment does not overreact to sudden short term changes in your processing activity. There is no need to call in or sign any paperwork, if you are on our auto-adjust program, all rate adjustments will happen automatically.
