    Saving an Order for Later

    If you're putting together an order for a customer that isn't quite ready to pay or who might be coming in at a later time to pay and pick up the items, you can save the order for later from the point-of-sale.


    Desktop App 


    To do this, begin by adding the products you want included in the order to your cart. Once your cart is ready, select the ... in the top right-hand corner of your screen to view the point-of-sale action items.

    Next, select Save Order.

    Use the textbox to enter any applicable comments.

    When you're ready, click on Save Order.

    When the customer is ready to pay, you can find this order saved in the Order Manager.

    Click on the far left icon in your account to navigate to the home screen, from there select Orders.

    Then click on Due and find the order from the list of due orders.

    After you select the order click on Edit to return to the Point-of-Sale and process the payment.

    Mobile App

    Begin by adding the products you want included in the order to your cart. Once your cart is ready, select the ... on the far right-hand corner of the purple navigation bar to view the point-of-sale action items.

    Next, select Save Order.

    When you're ready, click on Save Order.

    Next, when the customer is ready to pay, you can find this order saved in the Order Manager.

    Click on the far left icon in your account to navigate to the home screen, from there select Orders, then click on Due and find the order from the list of due orders.

    After you select the order click on Edit to return to the Point-of-Sale and process the payment.
