    Information on the status of Helcim’s Merchant Platform can be found at status.helcim.com. This site will give real time updates on any incidents, outages or degradations to our services. This is a useful tool to help determine if the issues you are experiencing are related to a known issue or are an isolated incident.

    Current Status

    You can view the real time status of our Merchant Platform areas. Clicking into each  section will display current operation and details of any outage or degradation in service.

    Payment tools: Virtual Terminal, online invoicing, payment pages, API and Ecommerce integrations

    Payments App: The Helcim payments app

    Online Store: The Online Store and Checkout services

    Support Services: Phone Support, Email Support and Documentation (Learn.Helcim.com)


    If we are experiencing an outage, each merchant platform area will show details of the current issues as well as the steps being taken to rectify the situation. 


    Component status:

    1. Degraded
    2. Outage
    3. Operational

    Update Labels:

    1. Investigating: We are aware that there is an issue and are investigating the cause. Component status might be marked as either degraded or outage at this stage.
    2. Problem Identified: We are aware that there is an issue and have identified the cause of the problem. Component status will likely not change here.
    3. Monitoring: We have deployed a fix and are monitoring whether it is effective in resolving the incident. We might update a component to be operational or only degraded at this stage depending on our confidence in the solutionDepending on the incident, we might provide multiple updates with this label.
    4. Resolved: The incident is resolved.

    Subscribe to receive updates

    Select ‘Subscribe’ in the top right of the page to sign up to receive updates about helcim’s service whenever we experience an outage or service degradation.

    You can choose to be notified by email or by webhook. If choosing a webhook please enter the receiving URL and select which HTTP method you would prefer (POST or PUT).

    You can manage your subscription preferences and choose which aspects of our Merchant Platform you want to be notified about. Select ‘Manage Subscriptions’ from the Subscribe pop out.

    Selecting custom will open up a secondary menu, where you can select which events you want to receive notifications for.
