How does the Helcim referral program work?
When you refer a new business to Helcim and they sign up, both you and the referred business will receive $5,000 worth of no-fee payment processing. This means you won't pay any processing fees on your next $5,000 in transactions, which can add up to approximately $125 in savings per referral.

Who is eligible to refer?
All Helcim merchants who signed up after June 1, 2020, are eligible to participate in our referral program. If you're an existing Helcim merchant, you're likely good to go!
How to invite a business to Helcim
Ready to start earning those savings? Inviting a business to Helcim is quick and easy. Here’s how:
Begin by logging into your Helcim account.
Click on Refer a business from the left side menu.
If your side menu is hidden, this will look like a coin icon.
You'll then see a few options to send an invite:
Invite via email: Add your friend’s email address and name.
Invite via SMS: Toggle over to the SMS option and add their phone number and name.
Copy link: Use the copy link button to get your unique referral link, which you can then share anywhere you like – via social media, chat, or even in person!
Once you've sent the invitation, your friend will receive a personalized email or text message inviting them to learn more and sign up with Helcim.

Tracking your referrals
After you've invited a friend, you can easily check the status of your referrals directly from your Helcim dashboard.
Log in to your Helcim account.
Select Refer a business.
Next to each referral you’ve sent, you’ll see one of three statuses:
Sent: Your invitation has been successfully sent to your friend.
In-progress: Your friend's account is currently being processed by Helcim.
Approved: Your friend has successfully signed up, and the $5,000 of no-fee processing has been applied to both your account and theirs!
