As your business grows, your success should be rewarded. At Helcim, we believe your processing rates should get better as your volume increases, without you having to ask.
This article explains how our automatic volume discounts work to lower your fees as you grow.
How automatic volume discounts work
We offer volume-based discounts on our Helcim margin, which is the small percentage and per-transaction fee that we charge for our service. Here’s a breakdown of how the process works.
It's based on volume: Your discount tier is determined by your average monthly credit card processing volume, calculated over the last three months.
Adjustments are automatic: Our system automatically calculates this average and adjusts your rate tier for you. If your volume increases and you qualify for a new tier, your rate drops automatically. There’s no need to call in or sign anything.
Your rate is stable: We use a three-month average to prevent your rate from jumping around due to a single busy or slow month, giving you more predictable pricing.
