    Article Summary

Using advanced pricing lets you set wholesale pricing for products, create buy one get one free and related promotions, and enter ranged pricing for items.

To access all of the advanced pricing options in your account, begin by clicking on All Tools and then Products from within your Helcim account.

From there, select the product from your list that you want to edit.

Once you have selected a product, you will see Advanced Pricing in the Product menu on the left-hand side of your screen.

After clicking on Advanced Pricing you will see the different options for Wholesale, Buy Get Free, and Ranged Pricing.

    Wholesale Pricing

If you want to offer products with Wholesale Pricing you can do so on this screen.

Enable Wholesale Pricing: Toggle the radio button On to enable wholesale pricing for this product

Wholesale Price: Enter the wholesale price the customer will pay using the textbox.

Include Add-ons: If this product has add-ons that are also eligible for wholesale pricing, toggle this radio-button On to enable wholesale pricing for product add-ons too.

Click on Save to apply the changes.

    Enabling Pricing

If you are using wholesale pricing, you will also need to enable Wholesale Pricing for eligible customers. Further instructions can be found below.

    Wholesale Pricing for Add-Ons

If you want to include add-ons for a product with wholesale pricing, you will need to enter the wholesale price for each of the add-ons assigned to the product.

To do this, click on Add-Ons in the Product menu on the left-hand side of your screen.

If you have enabled wholesale pricing for this product, the add-ons page will now include a pricing field where you can enter the Wholesale Price.

Enter the wholesale price for each add-on and then click on Save in the top right-hand corner of the screen to apply your changes.

    Wholesale Pricing for Variants

If your product includes variants you will also want to adjust the wholesale price for each of the different variations. To do this, click on Variants from the Product menu on the left-hand side of the screen after you have turned on wholesale pricing for the product.

Now, expand each variant and enter the wholesale price for that option.

You can also enter an amount in the cost field. This will not be visible to the customer.

Click on Save to apply your changes.

Giving Customers Access to Wholesale Pricing

You need to enable wholesale pricing for the customers who are eligible before they will be able to access the wholesale prices. To edit a customer click on Customers and Customer List.

Next, select the customer you want to give access to wholesale pricing.

After you have selected the customer, click on Advanced Options.

At the bottom of the Advanced Options window you will see the Wholesale option, toggle the radio button On.
Click on Save to apply your changes.
When the Wholesale Pricing is assigned to a product and the Wholesale option is active for a customer, the customer will be able to view the pricing when logged into your online store or when you create an invoice for that customer.

    Ranged Pricing

If you want to provide custom pricing based on the quantity of items purchased you can do so using the Price By Quantity Ranges under Advanced Pricing.

To get started, begin by toggling the radio button for Enable Price by Quantity Ranges to On.

You can now enter the ranges and associated price from 0 using the text boxes. Click on Add Range to create the new range. Repeat these steps until you have created all of the ranges that you need.

If you want to limit the quantities to a specific variant for the product, toggle the radio button On for Limit to Variant. If this option is On customers will need to meet the purchase limit with each variant of product to qualify for the new pricing.

Click on Save to apply your changes.

    Ranged Pricing for Variants

If you have created Ranged Pricing for a product with variants, each variant will automatically be eligible for Ranged Pricing. If you want to edit the available options you can do so under Variants.

    Online Store Prompt

When this promotion is active, customers checking out using the Online Store will be prompted to add the eligible items to their cart before completing their payment. For other products to be eligible for BOGO pricing, the same settings need to be enabled under the Advanced Pricing section for each additional product.

Buy # Get # Free for Variants
