We will still be offering support and troubleshooting assistance for merchants to use. In line with this, we are excited to introduce the Helcim Smart Terminal as a comprehensive and streamlined POS solution, including built-in printed receipt functionality. You can now order the Helcim Smart Terminal on your Helcim dashboard.


Works for: Helcim Payments app users on desktop and mobile users for supported Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. This printer is not compatible with users accessing their Helcim account through a web browser, you must be using a downloaded version of the Helcim Payments app
Connection Type: Bluetooth for mobile devices and tablets, or USB for desktop users
Best for: Businesses that want mobile printing options (includes pouch that attaches to belts, and straps) or who want an affordable printing option to get started with. Cash Drawer Connection: Manual process, not connected to the printer
