Editing an Existing Subscriber


If you need to edit a subscriber's information for one of your recurring plans, you can do so by navigating to Subscription Management and Plans then selecting the plan the subscriber is currently assigned to.Once you are on the Plan Overview page, click on Subscribers from the menu on the right-hand side of your screen.The Subscribers screen provides an overview of the customer's information. You can customize which details are included on this screen by clicking on the Book Icon in the top right-hand corner of the subscriber screen. Once you have clicked on the icon select the information you want to view. Items that are selected will have a blue circle with a check mark.
To select the subscriber you want to edit from the Subscribers list, simply click on the line with their information to open their profile.

If your plan has many subscribers, it may be faster to go to Customers and search for the customer whose subscription you wish to edit. Click on the customer to see their customer page. On the right-hand side of their customer page, in the Reports section, there is View Subscriptions button. Clicking that button will show you all the subscriptions to which the customer is currently subscribed. Click the subscription you wish to edit - this will bring up the subscription info screen.

On the subscriber information page, you can review the customer information and make any required edits.

Once you are done editing the subscriber, click Save to apply the changes.


Handling missed payments

If you notice that a subscriber was not billed automatically for their latest payment, it might be because their last payment was declined. Follow the steps in this article to correct their billing.
