The Back Office Tools category in the All Tools menu of your Helcim dashboard provides access to tools that help you manage the behind-the-scenes, administrative aspects of your Helcim account.

  • My Business: Manage your merchant accounts, addresses, banking, and more.

    • Tip: Many of the tools in the Back Office Tools category can also be accessed as side-menu items within the My Business tool, including Equipment, Chargebacks, Bank Deposits, Support Tickets, and Employees.

  • Employees: Add and manage employee user accounts.

  • Bank Deposits: View details of your deposits and withdrawals.

  • Support Tickets: Contact Helcim support for assistance.

  • Equipment: Order hardware for taking in-person payments.

  • Chargebacks: Manage chargeback disputes.

  • App Devices: View and manage devices with the Helcim app installed, and adjust device settings.
