How to View Customer Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement

A pre-authorized debit agreement (PAD) is what allows your business to withdraw money from your customer’s bank account when a payment is due. Setting up this agreement is what allows you, the merchant, to withdraw money from your customer’s bank account.
You can view the Pre-Authorized Debit Agreements for a customer’s payments under the Customers section of your Helcim account.
To view the agreements, begin by logging into your Helcim account and selecting the Customers tool. Next, from the Customer List select the customer that you want to view the agreements for.
After selecting the customer, click on Pre-Authorized Debit Agreements from the Customer menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
If the customer has completed a PAD agreement it will be displayed on this screen.
