Finding your reports in the new reporting tool
If you've been using Helcim for a while, you may have noticed that our reporting tool got a major upgrade. The old reports you relied on haven't disappeared — they've just been rebuilt into a more flexible system where you choose the data you want to see.
This article maps your familiar reports to their equivalents in the new tool, and walks you through how to recreate them.
How the new reporting tool works
Instead of a fixed list of named reports, the new tool gives you a smaller set of report types that you customize using columns and filters. Think of it as building your own view rather than picking from a menu.
The old reports can be found in four new reports:
Product Sales — for inventory and sales performance data
Transaction Details — for invoice and payment records
Business Overview — for a high-level summary of your sales activity
Tax — for tax collected across your transactions

FAQs
Why did the old reports change?
We rebuilt our reporting tool from the ground up to give you more control over the data you see. Instead of a fixed list of reports, you can now customize your view by selecting the columns that matter most to your business.
Can I save a custom report so I don't have to rebuild it every time?
You don't have to. The new reporting tool automatically remembers the columns you've turned on or off and the dates you last selected, so your view will be exactly as you left it the next time you log in.
