Upon receiving a verification email from Helcim, you can verify your email address by following these simple steps:

2. Click "Verify Email Address"
You will now be automatically directed to a confirmation page showing the status of your verification request. If your email has been successfully verified, you can continue to log in to your Helcim account.
FAQs
Why is my verification link expired?
For your security, all verification links expire within 24 hours. If your verification link has expired, we will send you a new one the next time you log in to your account or you can request one after clicking on an expired verification link.
Some email providers group similar messages together. If you have more than one verification email in your inbox, please be sure to open the most recent email you have received from Helcim.
What should I do if I didn't receive a verification email?
If there is no verification email in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam folder or email filters.
If your spam folder is also empty, please confirm that the email you use to log in to your Helcim account is correct.
