How do I get started with Helcim Online Checkout?


Ready to build your online storefront? It's incredibly easy!

  1. Once you sign up for your free Helcim account, simply input your business details, add shipping or pick-up information, design the look of your ecommerce site, and lastly, add your products.

  2. From your Helcim dashboard, select All Tools, then click on Online Checkout.

  3. A banner will appear, prompting you to take your business online. Click on Setup Your Store and follow the simple on-screen wizard!

Do I need a designer or programmer to get my online store up and running?

Absolutely not! A lot of businesses just want to be able to sell their products online without having to hire a web designer.

If you already have a website, it’s easy to just link to your new online store. If you don't have a website, Helcim Online Checkout provides you with a fully-functional online store that works right out of the box.

Can I use my business name as the custom domain for Helcim Online Checkout?

By default, your store’s domain name will be your registered business name (DBA - Doing Business As) with the ‘.helcim.app’ extension (e.g. goodleafplants.helcim.app).

If you would like to update your domain name, please contact us at help@helcim.com or reach us at 1-877-643-5246. You cannot remove the .helcim.app from the domain name, but the subdomain can be updated.

Can I track my online store’s performance?

Yes, Helcim Online Checkout is linked to Helcim’s reporting features to let you track overall performance including top products, inventory count, gross sales, and more.
