This is the first reader of its kind to support Helcim Fee Saver.
This gives you the option to automatically pass credit card processing fees to your customers.
They can choose to pay with credit (and cover the fee) or use debit or cash to avoid it. It’s a transparent way to lower your overhead.

Paired mode: For a full point-of-sale experience, download the Helcim App on your preferred device and pair your reader. Your transaction amounts will automatically sync to the reader so you can access your products, inventory, and customer profiles.

Do I need a special plug for the charging cable?
The reader does come with a wall adapter. That said, any standard USB power adapter (like the one for your phone) or a USB port on your computer will also work to charge the reader!
How long does the battery last?
The battery is designed to last through a full business day of transactions. We recommend plugging it in overnight so you’re always ready for your first customer in the morning.
