Want to speed up your checkout line? By configuring your printing preferences in the Helcim POS app, you can automate your workflow so you can spend less time clicking buttons and more time with your customers.

POS app printing preferences
You can control how your Smart Terminal or paired printer behaves by accessing the settings menu in the Helcim POS app.
Open the Helcim POS app.
Tap More in the bottom right corner and select Settings.
Select App device settings.
Select Receipts.
From here, you can toggle the following:
Receipt Format: Choose between a Standard receipt or an Itemized receipt that shows specific product details.
Merchant Copy: Toggle On if you need a physical copy for your own records in addition to the customer's.
Auto Print Receipt: When toggled On, your printer will automatically print a receipt as soon as a transaction is approved.

Customize your receipts
To change the actual look of your receipt—like adding a logo or a "Thank You" message—you will use the Receipt Theme Designer on the Helcim dashboard.
Log into your Helcim dashboard.
Select Settings.
Select Branding and then Receipts.
Use the Content tab to toggle information like your Address, Website, or Transaction ID.
Use the Design tab to upload a logo or match the receipt colors to your brand.
