Changing Your PIN

You can create a PIN to quickly log in to the Helcim app instead of using your password.

If you forget your PIN or want to change it, you can do so by logging into your Helcim account from a browser.

Once you have logged in, click on your name in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen and select My Helcim User

Next, select Security from the left hand side options.

Your Mobile App PIN can be found under the Helcim App PIN section.

If you want to change your PIN, click 'Change'. To apply the changes click on Save after confirming with your password.
