      Creating a PIN

      You can create a PIN in the Helcim mobile app, or through your Helcim account on a web browser.

      Select the device you are using to see the relevant steps below.

      Log into your Helcim account.

      Select My account in the bottom left corner, then select My Helcim User.

      In the “Helcim App PIN” tile, click on the toggle.

      Enter a PIN (4 to 10 digits), enter your account password, and then click Save.

      Log into your Helcim app using your account password.

      Select More.

      Tap the My Account icon (person) in the top-right corner.

      Select Create your PIN.

      Enter a PIN (4 to 10 digits), and then tap Done.

      Enter your account password, and then tap Save.

      Changing your PIN

      If you’d like to change your PIN, you can do so on the Helcim mobile app, or through your Helcim account on a web browser.

      Select the device you are using to see the relevant steps below.

      Log into your Helcim account.

      Select My account in the bottom left corner, then select My Helcim User.

      In the “Helcim App PIN” tile, select Change.

      Enter a new PIN, enter your account password, and then click Save.

      Enter a new PIN (4 to 10 digits), and then tap Done.

      After creating or changing your PIN, make sure it works by heading to the Helcim app and logging in with your new PIN.

      FAQ & Troubleshooting

      I forgot my PIN and I can’t access the Helcim app. How do I get in?

      If you can’t get into the app, you’ll need to access your Helcim account from a web browser to change your PIN. Follow the web browser steps above to reset your PIN using your account password.
