The easiest way: using the All Tools menu
The quickest and most convenient way to access the Virtual Terminal, especially for frequent use, is through the All Tools menu:
Click on the All Tools menu in the top-left corner of your Helcim account.
Select Virtual Terminal from the list of tools.
Even better, from this menu, you can also pin the Virtual Terminal to your side menu for instant access anytime. This is highly recommended for streamlining your workflow.
Other ways to access the Virtual Terminal
While the All Tools menu is the most efficient, here are some other ways to access the Virtual Terminal, depending on your current task.
From a customer's profile:
Go to the Customers section of your Helcim account.
Select the customer profile you want to process a payment for.
Click on the Actions button at the top right corner of the screen.
Choose New Card Transaction or New Bank Account Transaction to open the Virtual Terminal.
| Use this method when you're working directly with a customer's account and need to quickly process a payment for them, perhaps for a repeat purchase or a specific service. |
From an invoice:
Go to the Invoicing section of your Helcim account.
Click on the invoice you want to process.
Select Actions from the top left of the screen.
Choose Process Now to open the Virtual Terminal.
