Exporting your transaction data
Your data belongs to you. Whether you need to share your transaction history with your accountant, import it into your preferred bookkeeping software, or just back up your records, you can export your data at any time without fees.

Export panel options
When the Export transactions panel opens, you can customize your report using the following options to ensure you download only the exact data you need:
Export type: This is locked by default to a clean, universally compatible CSV file.
Email: Enter the email address where you want us to deliver your report. This defaults to your active account email, but you can change it if you need the report sent directly to a business partner or accountant.
User: Choose to export reports generated by All staff members, or filter the file to look at sales processed by a specific employee.
Currency: If you accept multiple currencies (such as CAD and USD), select All or isolate a specific currency using this dropdown.
Terminal: Specify whether you want to review transactions from All terminals or filter the data down to a single physical terminal or virtual terminal.
Misc. Tenders: Choose to include All payment types in your spreadsheet or filter out miscellaneous tenders (like cash or external check payments).
Start date and End date: Choose the exact date range for your report by clicking the Calendar icons.
Date format: Select your preferred layout for dates, such as the standard US - DD/MM/YY layout.
Transaction status: Select which payment states to include, such as Approved, Declined, or In-progress.
Once you have set up your preferences, click the Email report button at the bottom of the panel. We will compile your spreadsheet and drop it directly into your inbox.
