Running out of a popular item unexpectedly can lead to missed sales and unhappy customers. To help you stay ahead, Helcim can send you a proactive email notification when a product's stock is running low, giving you plenty of time to reorder.
This guide will show you how to manage your low inventory warnings.
Finding your communication settings
First, you'll need to navigate to the main communications hub in your account.
Click on the All Tools menu in the top-left corner of your screen.
In the menu that appears, scroll down and select Settings.

FAQs
Where do I set the "low inventory" level for my products?
The threshold for what's considered "low stock" is set in your inventory settings. The setting on this page just controls whether or not you receive an email when that threshold is met.
Can I send this warning to my supplier or warehouse manager?
Yes. In the Merchant email field, simply add their email address along with yours (separated by a comma) to make sure the right people are notified.
Will I get a separate email for every single product that runs low?
Yes, the system will trigger a new notification each time a product's inventory level crosses its low-stock threshold as a result of a sale.
