FAQs

Where do I set the "low inventory" level for my products?

The threshold for what's considered "low stock" is set in your inventory settings. The setting on this page just controls whether or not you receive an email when that threshold is met.

Can I send this warning to my supplier or warehouse manager?

Yes. In the Merchant email field, simply add their email address along with yours (separated by a comma) to make sure the right people are notified.

Will I get a separate email for every single product that runs low?

Yes, the system will trigger a new notification each time a product's inventory level crosses its low-stock threshold as a result of a sale.
