First Batch Deposit

Your first payout is typically available within 3-5 business days of your first batch being settled. This delay allows Helcim to verify the information that has been provided by your business up to this point. 

Regular Batch Deposits 

On a regular basis, your credit card batch deposits will be available in 1-2 business days from the Batch Settlement. Your estimated payout dates can be found in the Bank Deposits section of your account. If you do not receive your funds by the date provided:

• This may be related to account verification. Please check your email to see if we requested additional information from you to complete this process. 
• This may be related to bank processing times. Banks can add extra days including weekends and holidays. Once the bank has finished processing your payout, they will deposit the funds into your account automatically
