When to Expect a Deposit
Helcim will always review the first batch of all our merchants to keep your business safe in ensuring that transactions are coming from your business and not an imposter, as well as confirming your customers are not engaging in any fraudulent activity. It will take longer than usual to receive your first few batches.
During this review process, we sometimes require further information before we can release your funds. If that’s the case, we will contact you via the email address provided, so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox (and junk/spam folder). The quicker and more detailed you respond to these emails, the faster we can complete our review and deposit your funds.
The following timelines apply after a batch has been settled:
Batch Type | First few batches | Future Batches |
Credit Card | Around 3 business days | 1-2 business days |
ACH | Around 7 business days | 5-6 business days |
NOTE
If a transaction is made on the weekend or a holiday, these timelines will begin on the next business day
While we like to start by reviewing the first batch of every merchant, underwriting is a continuous process at Helcim. If we reach out to you for more information during this process, it may result in a delay to your batch.
